After this period, the order will have already entered processing, and we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests. If your cancellation request is made within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We take extra care to ensure our products are well-packaged to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or if the product itself is physically broken. Damaged packaging that occurred during shipping (such as dented boxes) with the product in good condition is not considered damage.
